Place the following code on the page and replace "SET NAME" with the appropriate information.

Add |text= into the template if you want to manually pipe the set link. In this case, TEXT will be displayed and will link to the article named in |set=. Otherwise, the display text will be |set= truncated at the first "(" character.

The use of unnamed parameters for the set and display text is deprecated. They are retained for backward compatibility, but will produce hidden tracking categories to determine when they can eventually be removed. New usages of the template should use an explicit |set= and |text=.
